Ruqyah247 Refund Policy

All bookings made through ruqyah247.com are subject to the following terms.

General Position

Ruqyah247 provides time-based, practitioner-led spiritual services. Because sessions involve dedicated preparation and reserved appointment time, all payments are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations

Clients who need to cancel may request a reschedule provided they give a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice forfeit their payment in full. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at the discretion of the practitioner in the following circumstances only:

• A genuine emergency prevented attendance and notice was given as soon as reasonably possible

• A technical failure on our end prevented the session from taking place

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the missed session via WhatsApp or the contact page at ruqyah247.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Digital Products and Educational Resources

All digital downloads, guides, and resources are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Donations and Gifted Sessions

Donations made through Ruqyah247 are non-refundable. Gifted sessions follow the same cancellation terms as standard bookings.
